Our Delivery Options

Homewares & gifts

Standard delivery will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class Service. For items which are over 2kg and are greater than 60cm we will use UPS Standard service which is a next day service Mon to Fri.

Collection in person can be selected in the checkout to collect from our shop in Southam. Collection can take place during our shop opening hours. Collections will typically be ready 1 hour after ordering during normal hours. You will receive an email when the order is ready to collect.

FREE Delivery on orders over £30*. This excludes the furniture section as furniture is shipped by a separate removals style courier service. It also excludes Annie Sloan 1 liter Chalk Paints, 2.5 Liter Wall Paints and Lacquer tins as these are shipped with an alternative UPS courier service at additional cost. 

We are offering FREE delivery with no minimum order spend within a 5 mile radius of Southam, Warwickshire on any products. We will group deliveries together so that we can still manage this service whilst open again. Dispatch may take slightly longer through this method, so if you require your item urgently please select collection.

We aim to ship your product within 1-3 working days. 

Where possible we use old recycled packaging to reduce the amount of new packaging entering the system rather than it becoming single use.

Annie Sloan Products

The Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®, Wall Paint and lacquer tin products are shipped within 1 - 3 working days as per our usual delivery terms. These are shipped using a UPS service which will be delivered the following day from dispatch as their standard service is a next day service. For orders that are shipped at weekends, the delivery will be the next working day.

Furniture

For furniture items we will primarily use Shiply to find a courier to deliver your product. The furniture will be wrapped in blankets by the courier to protect it in transit. It will also be securely strapped down in their vans. We have put a guide price on the website for furniture items based on experience but we can get a quote for your address if you drop us an email or message in advance as it may make the delivery cheaper for you once drivers have placed their bids. Dispatch and delivery is aimed to be completed within two weeks.

We have to use a removals style courier service as these are not flat packed furniture items and can't go on parcels services such as DPD, UPS, Parcel Force. The costs reflects this style of service that is required.
